Our goal is to introduce clients to the concept of “Better Living Through Movement,” through non-traditional movement based sports. We want to teach children and adults alike to move their bodies in new ways, gain confidence, become stronger, more coordinated, and more in touch with their bodies through parkour.
Parkour is an excellent outlet for creativity and it gives people a healthy way to challenge themselves by working to reach movement goals. This activity is fitness based with roots in rock-climbing, gymnastics, martial arts, and plyometrics.

At Flying Frog, students will learn to navigate their environment and accomplish fun movement challenges while learning parkour specific movements and skills. All of our classes focus on safety, precision, and perseverance, while also incorporating explorative play, strength building and creativity.
None! We offer classes for all ages and skill levels from ages 2.5 – 18+ years, beginner – advanced.
Yes! We offer open gym sessions for ages 6 – 14 on Thursdays & Fridays from 5:15PM – 6:45PM, and for ages 14+ on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00PM – 9:30PM. Otherwise all other classes are by enrollment only.
