Parkour Fundamentals

PK Fundamentals Description

Be introduced to parkour in this class focusing on the fundamentals. Appropriate for all experience levels, this class will teach you the basics of rolling, vaulting, climbing, jumping & landing techniques. Stick to the challenge level that you’re comfortable with while the coach guides you through appropriate progressions for wherever you’re at physically and mentally. Come learn to move your body in new ways and have a blast doing it!

Frog Fit

Frog Fit Description

This fitness class focuses on engaging one’s entire body, while building adaptable strength for everyday life and inspiring personal confidence. Classes will focus on building strength, conditioning, coordination, & mobility.

Parkour Connections

PK Connections Description

Parkour Connections is a parkour class focused on connecting movements, smooth transitions, and line creation. Practice drills for speed & creativity, learn new tricks, & connect it all together with a parkour course or we’ll guide you through creating your own parkour line!

Aerial Silks

Adult Silks Description

Wrap yourself in fabric & learn to float above the ground in this elegant circus art! Our expert silks instructor will walk you through the various techniques and gently guide you up into the air. Our silks program is generally separate from our parkour program, but we now have a membership option where you can do both, allowing adults to attend classes 5 days per week!
